There is an exciting opportunity to elevate your career in Property Management and join our team as a Yardi System Administrator.   The Yardi System Administrator is responsible for designing, administering, supporting, and evaluating property management systems and software for the entire organization. Plan, document, and implement multiple projects working closely with the Director of IT to ensure that specifications are met. This role will also assist with daily support needs including, but not limited to, systems administration, account provisioning and support.

    Responsibilities

    • Full access Yardi Support – analyzing our current system, suggesting modifications, escalating issues to Yardi support teams and monitoring ongoing Yardi support
    • Assists with system upgrades, implementations, and maintenance when required
    • Mentor, train and develop support staff
    • Creates user security and menus
    • Limited administration of various business system software
    • Identifies and streamlines internal processes with all system software, providing project leadership and completing regular system maintenance
    • Provides timely responses in a professional, customer service-oriented fashion that resolves core issues as efficiently as possible
    • Working with National Systems Manager of Learning and Development to implement and improve training systems
    • Understanding of SQL script and working to improve the reporting possibilities utilizing custom database tables
    • Continuously stays up to date with systems changes and updates to ensure knowledge of business systems is globally understood
    • Maintains an overall positive, helpful attitude when working with end-users

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of technical support experience, with preference for previous experience in the Real Estate industry
    • Previous experience with Yardi systems and SQL script
    • Experience with RealPage and Entrata is highly desirable
    • Experience with Active Directory, Okta, and/or ServiceNow is not required but desirable
    • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
