    Lincoln Property Company is looking for an outgoing, friendly, goal oriented individual with a drive to succeed. The Lead Concierge is responsible for providing professional service at all times and act as liaison between residents and property staff. Successful candidates will create a comfortable atmosphere and stress-free environment to residents and their guests by delivering remarkable customer service. Candidates must also have the ability to plan, organize or manage multiple responsibilities effectively with speed and accuracy, greet all residents in a warm professional manner, maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to work in a very high pace, high energy position.
    • Manage the front desk and office area.
    • Provide exceptional customer service.
    • Plan, organize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively with speed and accuracy.
    • Greet all residents in a warm, professional manner, maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
    • Maintain professional relationship with guests.
    • Responsible for guest satisfaction, providing personalized services to offer our residents and insider's view of the community.
    • Plan/attend resident events.
    • Provide assistance with transportation, theater tickets, city tours, arranging pet services and babysitting services, flower deliveries, restaurant reservations and more.
    • Provide miscellaneous services and information to residents at their request, as well as assisting prospective residents, vendors, contractors and visitors as needed.
    • Answer phones and direct calls. 
    • Follow up with residents.
    • Conduct yourself in a manner representative of the quality of our product. You will be the primary contact between the residents, prospective resident and the company.
    • Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience the highest quality.
    • Respond to complaints, follow-up on work orders, and handle general customer service needs of the property
    • Responsible for collecting rent and other payments/deposits.
    • Accept and disburse resident packages.

     

    Qualifications

    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • A minimum of 1 year experience supervising others is required.
    • A minimum of 1 year of concierge experience is required.
    • Maintain high standards of professional appearance and grooming.
    • Must have a genuine love for hospitality and assisting residents.
    • Ability to quickly learn new skills.
    • Excellent customer service/resident service skills. 
    • Ability to take ownership and see a situation through to completion.
    • Ability to sit/stand for an eight hour shift.
    • Ability to lift/move/organize packages.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • •Knowledge of Building Link and Key Scan is strongly preferred.
    • Proficiency with Word, Excel and Gmail.
    • Must be willing to work flexible hours/days/weekends/holidays.
    • Hospitality background strongly preferred.
    • Experience with luxury residences is a plus.
    • Extensive knowledge of Atlanta and surrounding areas.
    • A valid driver's license is required.
