    • Greet prospective buyers.
    • Provide sales information.
    • Demonstrate model homes.
    • Provide exceptional customer service.
    • Close leads on available homes.
    • Utilize the provided marketing budget to advertise available homes.
    • Work with administrative support to see the sales process through to completion.
    • Use the provided lead generator software.


    • 3 - 5 years real estate sales experience is required.
    • Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
    • A Florida Real Estate Sales License is required.
    • A valid driver’s license is required.
