    • Greet customers and residents, assess needs, and answer questions.
    • Maintain the loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
    • Answer phone calls in a professional manner and route calls to the appropriate individual.
    • Assist the team with planning and organizing resident events and activities.
    • Manage package deliveries by documenting arrival information, and notify resident accordingly.
    • Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone.
    • Offer miscellaneous services and information to residents, including guidance to local restaurants, shops and delivery services.


    • High school diploma or equivalent is required. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Customer service focused with the ability to be a strong team player.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
    • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
