Lincoln Property Company is currently hiring for an hands-on Concierge to assist with resident relations and assist with overseeing the concierge team.     • Ability to work in a very high pace, high energy position.
    • Provide exceptional customer service.
    • Plan, organize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively with speed and accuracy.
    • Greet all residents in a warm, professional manner, maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
    • Maintain professional relationship with guests.
    • Responsible for guest satisfaction, providing personalized services to offer our residents and insider's view of the community.
    • Provide assistance with transportation, theater tickets, city tours, arranging pet services and babysitting services, flower deliveries, restaurant reservations and more.
    • Answer phones and direct calls. 


    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • A minimum of 2 - 5 years' concierge or hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
    • Maintain high standards of professional appearance and grooming.
    • Must have a genuine love for hospitality and assisting residents.
    • Ability to quickly learn new skills.
    • Excellent customer service/resident service skills. 
    • Ability to take ownership and see a situation through to completion.
    • Ability to sit/stand for an eight hour shift.
    • Ability to lift/move/organize packages.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Proficiency with Word, Excel and Gmail.
    • Must be willing to work flexible hours/days/weekends/holidays.
    • Extensive knowledge of Louisville and surrounding areas.
    • A valid driver's license is required.
