Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a multi-line telephone system, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Greet residents and visitors, assess needs and direct them to the appropriate party.
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism.
  • Accept, track and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with the management of office supply inventory.
  • Additional office duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of previous receptionist or clerical experience.
  • Able to manage a high call volume.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service focused with the ability to be a strong team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
